Solution Focused Hypnotherapy offers a compassionate and results-orientated approach to achieving positive change. By focusing on your strengths and the desired outcomes this therapy helps you move forward efficiently and effectively.
Noticeable improvements can generally be achieved in just 8 to 12 sessions, though some individuals may benefit from additional sessions, tailoring it to their specific needs.

Single Session
£70
Single sessions are 1hour, the first session will involve an initial consultation where the client and therapist are able to discuss your goals. The therapist will then help you to understand what Hypnotherapy is and how it works, putting your mind at ease and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
From session 2 onwards will involve a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
When working with children, a parent/guardian is present for session 1 and then the parent, child and therapist will come up with a plan for future sessions. Always aiming to work in the child’s best interest.
6 Session Package
£390
The sessions are 1hr each and the first session will also be an initial consultation. Then 5 more sessions of therapy. If the client feels they want just one or two more sessions they have the option of booking additional single sessions. Alternatively, they can book another block of 6 for the discounted rate.
Smoking/Vaping
£200
Smoking/Vaping sessions are a 2hr long session.
Depending on the individual client, it may be recommended to have one or two single sessions first, but it isn’t necessary if the treatment is deemed applicable.
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety & Stress are natural responses to life’s challenges, but when they become overwhelming, they can affect your peace of mind, drain your energy, and make everyday tasks more difficult.
SFH helps reduce anxiety by guiding individuals to focus on their strengths and positive solutions, fostering a calmer mind and promoting emotional resilience.
Irrational fears & phobias
Irrational fears and phobias are unfounded anxieties about certain things, such as; spiders, flying, being sick, birds etc.
A fear/phobia can significantly affect your every day life, SFH can help you to reframe your thoughts, reduce fear and regain confidence and calmness in your life again.
Addiction & Smoking/Vaping
Addiction and Smoking are habits that can hold you back from feeling your best and often habits that we may feel we have little control over. This can have a significant impact on many things in our lives from relationships, to work and health.
SFH can help to you break free, regain control and create healthier choices for a brighter future.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma and PTSD are deep emotional wounds from past events that can linger and affect your wellbeing. Often people that have been through traumatic events or suffering with PTSD don’t want to relive or discuss those events.
That is what is so wonderful about SFH - you don’t need to. SFH can assist in healing, reducing distress and restoring a sense of safety and peace.
Hypnotherapy for Children
Hypnotherapy for children is a gentle, safe and age-appropriate approach designed to help young minds address worries, boost confidence, and develop positive habits. It provides a supportive environment where children can feel comfortable, and techniques are tailored to their needs, helping them build resilience and emotional well-being in a calm and caring way.
Note: Treatment is advised ages 8 and above, however younger will be considered on an individual basis. I have an advanced DBS due to still practising as a Paediatric Nurse.
OCD/Insomnia
OCD and insomnia can significantly impact daily life, making everyday activities challenging and exhausting. The part of our mind that constantly reminds us to check things, is the same part of the mind that is obsessional, vigilant and negative. OCD is one of the treatments that may take more than 8 to 12 sessions.
SFH offers a compassionate and effective approach to help manage these conditions by addressing their underlying causes, reducing intrusive thoughts, and promoting relaxation and better sleep. With tailored support, it can help individuals regain control, improve their quality of life, and find greater calm and balance.
